FMHS Jaguars Dive, Swim and Water Polo Teams

The FMHS Swim and Dive Banquet is Sunday, April 6th at the Bridlewood Golf and Country Club. Invitations will be mailed out the end of February.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS: Preparation for the 2007-2008 Swim and Dive Banquet is underway. This year, the venue has changed - the banquet will be held at the Bridlewood Golf and Country Club, on SUNDAY, APRIL 6th from 5:30 to 9:00 pm.

You will receive a formal invitation in the mail - you must RSVP, and include a check to cover all non-athlete attendees (swimmers, divers and coaches are paid for by the Booster Club).

I have copied and pasted the email that Coach Jason sent the FMHS faculty Sunday evening.

Last Monday the Hebron principal, Hugh Jones, guaranteed Coach Vanderford that HHS, and not FMHS, would win the Region II Swim & Dive Championship this past weekend. The Hebron bus made it to the meet before us and that was as close as Mr. Jones ever got to his guarantee.

We are asking that all of the Moms that are going to be at Regional prelims on Friday Feb. 8th wear their “Jaguar moms gone wild” T-shirts. If you don’t have one, call Tess Brown at 972-724-2534, and she will see if she can find one for you to use. Then at finals on Saturday Feb. 9th, we would like everyone to wear Jaguar print or FMHS Swim & Dive spirit wear. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the meet this Friday and Saturday.

We are going to have a party following Finals at regions this Saturday Feb. 9th. The party will be at Dave and Kirby Murphy’s house, 2213 Mockingbird Ln., Flower Mound, TX 75022. The Party will start 1 hour after the end of the meet. Bring $5.00 per person for fajitas from On the Border and BYOB.
