FMHS Jaguars Dive, Swim and Water Polo Teams

Jaguars - We will be training at the CAC during the holidays this year in the afternoons. JV will train from 1PM until 3PM, Varsity will train from 2PM until 4PM on each of the days below.

11-23; 11-24 (Thanksgiving break)
12-21; 12-22; 12-28; 12-29; 12-30; and 12-31 (Christmas Break)

All swimmers must attend all practices. Exemptions will be on a case by case basis. If you are going to miss because of family travel, your parents must contact the coaching staff in advance.

Jaguars - We are changing this Friday's practice schedule. The entire team will take the bus over to Lifetime for a special spin class. We want you on the bus by 2:30 so get there as fast as you can. Our instructors will have the place decorated and want you to wear Halloween stuff for the class. There will be prizes for the best of the best and it will be a fun time. After the spin class, we will quickly change and get over to the pep ralley. Parents will still need to pick up their swimmers at 4:05.

The FMHS Swim and Dive Booster Club will host a tailgating at UNT on Friday, October 30 at 7 pm for the big Flower Mound Showdown against Marcus. The game starts at 8pm. Students and parents please plan on joining us in the parking lot before the game to eat and have a good time. I will have a FMHS Swim and Dive sign attached to my black Tahoe. Please bring something to share with the group (pizza, chips, appetizer, cookies...), drinks for your family, and chairs. I will provide a table, napkins, plates, cups, and forks. I could use additional tables if you have any at home.

The team photos taken so far this year have been posted to the website.  Once you log in to the site with your user id and password, you should see the Team Photos menu item on the left.  A new 2009 - 2010 Pictures menu item should be available.  Enjoy!
