Swimmers / Water Polo / Triathlon folks:
We will be transitioning to complete off season training this week. Tri Guys will be at the CAC this week on Tuesday and Thursday. All others will be at the school on Tuesday and will be at the CAC on Thursday. Next week we will all be doing our off season conditioning at the school every day. We will only train for 1 hour per day and the schedule will be as follows:
M/W/F: 45 minutes weights; 15 cardio
T/Th: Team sports
Athletes will bring School appropriate, work out gear to include running shoes every day. Athletes will be released at the end of 4th block (4:05) daily.
